इसमें कहा गया है कि इसके जरिए संकाय सदस्यों, छात्रों प्रशासनिक प्रबंधकों और समन्वयकों, शैक्षणिक सामग्रियों तथा अन्य सूचनाओं, संयुक्त अनुसंधान गतिविधियों, सेमिनारों एवं शैक्षणिक बैठकों में भागीदारी, विशेष लघु आवधिक शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों, संयुक्त सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों तथा प्रशासनिक प्रबंधकों एवं समन्वयकों के लिए अध्ययन दौरों की व्यवस्था की गई है।

74. Secretary (West): To that I would just add that the tourism MoU that has been signed also provides for cooperation in bringing tour operators together in regional tourism, in the hospitality industry, capacity building in the hospitality industry, and so on.

सचिव (पश्चिम) :इसमें मैं बस यह जोड़ना चाहता हूँ कि आज पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में जिस समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किया गया है उसमें क्षेत्रीय पर्यटन में, अतिथेय उद्योग में, अतिथेय उद्योग में क्षमता निर्माण में तथा इस प्रकार के अन्य संबंधित क्षेत्रों में टूर आपरेटरों को साथ लाने में सहयोग करने का भी प्रावधान है।

75. (c) whether the visas allotted to Private Operators include only Private Tour Operators already registered with the MEA or new entrants also causing concern to those who have applied for registration in 2008 and 2009 but could not get certificate so far; and

77. They agreed to extend scholarships for studies in tourism and hospitality sector, and promote familiarization trips for travel writers and tour operators in a bid to promote tourism.They also agreed to expand the scholarships offered to students by each other for both short-term training and regular degree courses.
